Cullen Kilshaw LLP Solicitors and Estate Agents is delighted to announce an imminent assimilation with JD Clark & Allan, a long-established and highly regarded legal firm based in Duns in the Scottish Borders.
The assimilation, which will take effect from 1st December 2023, will bring together two firms with complementary areas of expertise and a shared commitment to providing outstanding legal and estate agency services to their clients. The combined firm will continue to trade under the name of Cullen Kilshaw LLP.
Cullen Kilshaw has expanded significantly over the past few years and now has offices in Galashiels, Hawick, Jedburgh, Kelso, Melrose, Peebles, and Selkirk, along with Annan and Langholm in Dumfries and Galloway. With a large team of experienced solicitors, paralegals, trainees and support staff they provide a full range of legal services to clients throughout the south of Scotland with specialisms in all of the main high street practice areas, including property, administration of estates, family law, commercial law, debt recovery, and preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney.
