Tenant Find Service
Our tenant find service includes the erection of a to let board, taking internal and external photographs, preparation of for let particulars, instructing advertising, handling general enquires, arranging viewings and dealing with all aspects of the let of your property, which shall be displayed in our offices. We will review all applications received for your property, obtain references for prospective tenants, draw up a lease on your behalf and mange the entire process to the point at which keys to the property are exchanged for the agreed rent and deposit on the property.
Management Service
Should you wish us to provide a full management service, this is charged at a percentage rate of the monthly rent. Our management service can be tailored to meet the needs of individual clients, typically it will include regular 6 month inspection visits to the property, dealing directly with tenants to resolve any issues that may arise during the course of the tenancy, collection of the monthly rent, taking meter readings on a change of tenant and generally representing the interests of our clients throughout the period of the tenancy.
